The manual provides a comparative analysis of labour law and regulation in 25 jurisdictions worldwide. Our partner Žilvinas Kvietkus delivered a comprehensive overview of employment regulation in Lithuania, comprising sources of employment law, contractual terms and conditions, employment relations termination and other aspects of employment relations regulation.
