Secondment to Roschier Holmberg. Our senior associate lawyer Mindaugas Civilka was seconded to the IPR and ITT practice group of the leading Finnish firm Roschier Holmberg for a 1-month training.

Financial services. We advised an international oil company on the solicitation and trading in commodity derivatives in Lithuania.

Patent litigation. We have been retained by an international law firm acting for the global pharmaceutical producer to participate in the dispute relating to patents.

M&A. Acting for an investor in a new private acquisition in the IT sector.

We advised the leading international garment producer on creating selective distribution network in the Baltics.

We represent sellers in transfer of controlling interest in the leading Lithuanian media company.

Support to ELSA. We agreed on cooperation with the Lithuanian National Group of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA Lietuva) in pursuing joint projects relating to enhancing quality of legal education in Lithuania. Two projects have been agreed already: (a) research by law students and our advocates of current regulatory framework for protection of foreign investments in Lithuania and (b) conducting moot court competition on matters relating to implementation of EU law.

New international rankings. Legal directory PLC Which lawyer? ranks us in Tier 1 in one out of four practice areas surveyed: competition / anti-trust. We are also recommended in corporate / mergers & acquisitions and banking and debt finance. European Company. We were engaged in advising a major international company on creation of perhaps the first Societas Europea (European Company) in Lithuania.
