- Acquisition of Pharmacy Chain
We have advised UAB Armila, part of one of the largest German pharmaceutical wholesalers, in acquiring 100% shares in a pharmacy chain UAB Ramuneles Vaistine. We performed legal due diligence of the target and drafted the share purchase agreement. Advice also involved notifying and obtaining clearance from the Lithuanian Competition Council. The project was led by partner Žilvinas Kvietkus.

- Establishing Societas Europaea
Our offices advised Swedbank Gyvybės Draudimas, the leading life insurance company operating in Lithuania, in relation to establishment of a European Company in the Baltics. The lawyers of the offices took part in all stages of establishment of a European Company, namely reorganization of a private company into a public company, employees’ notification procedures, obtaining a permit from the insurance supervisory commission, and establishment of a European Company and its affiliate. The project in Lithuania was led by Managing Partner Irmantas Norkus.

As of January, associates Olga Petroševičienė and Anna Krukovskaja joined Raidla Lejins & Norcous’ Real Estate and Construction Law Practice Group.
Before entering Raidla Lejins & Norcous, Olga Petroševičienė worked at one of Lithuania’s largest law firms. The lawyer specialises in real estate and construction. Anna Krukovskaja has seven years work experience at a real estate development and construction group Vyroko Verslo Grupė, with four recent years as senior lawyer. - Representation in Selling UAB Laisvoji Banga Radio Station
We represented UAB Viksenis in selling 100 percent of shares in UAB Laisvoji Banga radio station. Our assistance comprised the planning of the sale, drafting of transaction documents and representation of the client in negotiations. The project was headed by partner Elijus Burgis.
