Our real estate and construction law practice group encompassing ten lawyers is one of the largest in Lithuania. The services rendered by the practice group include all aspects of real estate and construction law such as: lease and acquisition of the State-owned land, territorial planning, design and construction, real estate due diligence, transactions (sale and purchase, leasing, rent, joint venture, administration, brokerage, etc.), environmental issues, and litigation. In cooperation with other Raidla Lejins & Norcous’ practice groups we deal with taxation, insurance, financing as well as corporate law and intellectual property issues relating to real estate and construction. Our lawyers provide legal assistance to the major Lithuanian and European real estate investors and developers, represent construction companies, real estate brokers and advisors, designers, construction management companies, as well as manufacturers and merchants extending their real estate portfolio.

Recent highlights in the field include assistance in major auction sales in the market - sale of SEB Vilniaus Bankas’ real estate portfolio, auction sale and leaseback of 5-property portfolio, as well as auction sale of a modern logistic centre; our team has structured and prepared standard sale documentation for numerous real estate development projects, assisted the real estate developers and construction companies with preparation of sufficient amount of territorial planning documents, advised on significant construction projects, drafted and negotiated lease documentation for wide range of commercial real estate projects.
