Our recent intellectual property law practice include assistance to a national franchisee interior design company in relation to the conclusion of international master franchise agreement with the international trademark holder in the field of interior design, representation of the largest Lithuanian chain of restaurants in a litigation with the Copyright Protection Agency on the collection of royalties and other related fees, representation of the major national chain of jewelry in a trademark dispute, as well as advice on other Intellectual Property related issues.
