Our dispute resolution team acts on behalf of their clients to ensure the best resolution of commercial disputes with a predominant focus on real estate, insurance, trademark, and competition law cases. Firm’s dispute resolution team represents clients’ interests in all stages of court and arbitration proceedings, and has expertise in alternative dispute resolution procedures. We set up the public procurement subgroup at the beginning of 2011.

Our recent practice includes representation of the largest Lithuanian producer of diary products Rokiškio Sūris in the cartel investigation by the Lithuanian Competition Council, acting on insurance company IF draudimas in the civil case related to collapse of the building in Vilnius Old Town, acting on a series of disputes relating to the challenging of various territorial planning documents, representation of foreign investors in their disputes with the Government of Lithuania at the Washington’s ICSID. The head of the practice, Dr Rimantas Simaitis, is also a Chairperson of the Working Group on Mediation of European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ-GT-MED).
