As of May 2009, Raidla Lejins & Norcous and a leading Finnish and Swedish law firm Roschier, which jointly form one of the largest international alliances RoschierRaidla, have launched an international restructuring and bankruptcy practice group to handle formal and informal insolvency and debt recovery procedures in five jurisdictions (Baltics, Finland and Sweden). Such systemic and structural approach enables providing services not only to local clients but also to clients that have international networks, perceiving specific character of their business.
