Energy Law Expert Mindaugas Jablonskis joins Law Offices Raidla Lejins & Norcous

This week an energy law and regulated markets expert Mindaugas Jablonskis joins the country’s leading Law Offices Raidla Lejins & Norcous. M. Jablonskis will lead the Law Offices’ energy law specialists group and will be responsible for its further development. The Law Offices consolidates its competence in the area of energy in response to increasing demands of clients determined by the EU and Lithuanian legislation changes regulating the energy sector.

Prior to joining Raidla Lejins & Norcous, M. Jablonskis was in charge of law departments at the largest Lithuanian energy and telecommunications companies and engaged in private practice of law. M. Jablonskis a member of the Competition Law and Regulations Improvement Team of the Business Environment Promotion Group Sunrise Commission.

M. Jablonskis obtained his law degree at Vilnius University, and was awarded DEUF diploma at Faculty of Law of L’Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in France. He achieved a master’s degree in business administration at Baltic Management Institute (BMI) and studied energy business management at Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI) in Copenhagen.
