This week a public procurement expert, attorney Jolita Rima Puškorienė joined our firm. J. R. Puškorienė will head the public procurement unit in the firm’s dispute resolution practice group and will be responsible for its further development.

The Law Offices consolidates its competence in the area of public procurement as a response to increasing demands to represent clients in public procurement litigation and give counsel on public procurement processes, execution of statutory public procurement procedures, conclusion of agreements and ensuring timely and lawful consumption of EU funds.

Before joining Raidla Lejins & Norcous, Jolita Rima Puškorienė headed the Prevention and Control Unit of the Public Procurement Office with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, acted as a sole practitioner, and worked in the Tax Recovery Prevention Unit of the Vilnius County State Tax Inspectorate.

J. R. Puškorienė acquired her legal qualification in Vilnius University in 1992. She deepened her knowledge in the area of public procurement in the courses in Austria (2008), Bulgaria (2006) and France (2004) and improved her legal skills in the Court of Justice of the European Communities.
