Law Offices Raidla Lejins & Norcous together with communication agency VRP | Hill&Knowlton, investment bank GILD bankers, research company Social information centre and NASDAQ OMX Vilnius initiated non-traditional event Business gourmets 2010 (Verslo gurmanai 2010), held on 18 June in terrace of Green Hall business centre. During the event Lithuanian enterprises and institutions were awarded for courage, creativity and unconventional approach to business.

There were 7 awards distributed during the first event Business gourmets 2010. Nominees were elected by the special committee of organizers, which assessed companies and institutions for their past years activity and decisions that provided exclusive “spice” for the business.

Elijus Burgis, partner at Raidla Lejins & Norcous represented organizers by awarding Business salt prize to Swedbank for supporting the national business flavor. According to E. Burgis, these awards are exclusive as they reflect evaluations of business representatives, which, based on their own experience, can best assess benefits, scale and risk of the made decisions.

The event aims to assess not only the companies which made the hardest decisions, but also to encourage entrepreneurs to communicate in the informal environment by sharing creative ideas and plans that might become significant business initiatives in the future.

After the awards ceremony organizers of the event shared with the clients their working cuisine, experience in it, creativity and uniqueness by cooking their unique meals.
